* Bins for recycling are provided at a small fee. If desired, you may provide your own bins.
* Bins must be outside on your designated pickups days by no later than 9:00 am.
* Recycling is to be separated into a minimum of two bins:
* Bin 1:
Plastics #1 Bottles & #2 Bottles
-Mouth smaller than base
-No LIDS
-No food trays
Tin
Aluminum
* Bin 2:
Smaller broken down cardboard
Junk
Mail
Newspaper/Magazine
Office paper
Phone books
* Any special pickups with a larger amount of recycling, will have a $5 charge that will be reflected on the following bill.
* Monthly charges will still apply to customers who fail to put their recycling out for their pickup by the required time.
* If a reschedule or extra pickup is requested by the customer, additional fees will apply.
* All non-broken down cardboard will be left behind.
* Scheduling changes for a recycling pickup may occur. Customers will be given a timely notification.
* All billing is done on a quarterly basis.
* Services will be suspended if payment is not received within 2 (two) months of the billed date.
* No reimbursement will be given to services cancelled mid-quarter.
